Sometimes it doesn't rain cats and dogs. You would be thinking that at such times, even, cats and dogs rush for a shelter, or that shoes shower from on high. But what Daddy Bush had got to reflect, apart from his quick reflexes, is even more ridiculous than the whole event of rain without cats and dogs. I listened to him in what is being labeled as Bush's biggest moment and what he says is his major achievement. Surely it is confidence that matters, not the way things are.

Bush ? equivalent to Hitler....
but Hitler wasn't such a lier, if you noticed his talk after the incident! Hitler openly shares all about his struggle...
thanks for the visit.
Humble regards.
Bush is a puppet, he doesn't think of his own and that's why we have such things as "Bushisms". When no one is telling him exactly what to say he keep saying the darnedest things.

I hope that who ever is controlling him won't be able to control Obama. But, the sad truth about the US is that money is power and those who have great amounts of money have more power than the president.
@ Bush is puppet
This is exactly what I think. In an interview he was asked that how much he feels responsible for the current situation of the world. He replied something like this: 'In the coming times people will come to know that many decisions were made ten to eleven years before my time.' What I got from it was that the 9/11 and the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan was preplanned and Bush had no choice but to obey orders.
About Obama, I don't think hes going to adopt a very different or a U-turn policy on the war on terror. The people behind the president are the same. As far as I know he hasn't said a word about the current Gaza massacre. Following his accession to throne he will do some steps that will 'appear to be' revolutionary and very different but the gist of the matter will remain the same. Just like before the elections PPP announced to 'reinstate' the judges and all they did after coming to power was to 'release' the judges.
The only reason why I'm more optimistic about Obama than other American presidents is because he has much to prove because of his skin colour. Sad but true. I think there is a chance that he will be able to make changes that other presidents wouldn't have been able to do. But, I don't think it will be any major changes if he does do them. Americans in general don't take well to major changes (no matter how good they are) so he'll get the whole country against him if he does.
I also think it's obvious that the US already have targets that they will start (some other excuse for a war) in as soon as opportunity arises. I also agree with many conspiracy theorists out there that countries like Iran, Venezuela, Pakistan and China very well could be targets.
