I took Bayah in 2009 in Jhang at the Maddrassh-Agri-Industrial-Complex. The daily activities he instructed: 5 daily prayers, 100 (2 times) Astaghfar kalima and 100 (2 times) Darood he gave; and hew minutes of meditation; and reading Quran.
If you're in Lahore, and haven't taken any ba'ayah, Hazrat Jee has many khalifas here.
