New Year Song

Even though my heart is torn out for I belong to humankind, one in essence but torn out. Yet hope, beauty and yearning - you can't survive without them. This song is for all of us young (not in age), who are one. Dedicated to hope, last seen in 10,000 B.C, as pessimists report. Let them have their part of the goat as well!

Then sing, young hearts that are full of cheer,
With never a thought of sorrow;
The old goes out, but the glad young year
Comes merrily in tomorrow.
Emily Miller (1833–1913)
U.S. journalist, writer, poet. New Year Song.
